US wants SADC to play active role in Zimbabwe

US Ambassador to Zimbabwe, Brian Nichols, is calling on the Southern African Development Community to play a more assertive role in helping solve the crisis in the country. Nichols has spoken out for the first time since the ruling Zanu-PF called him a thug. He is urging President Emmerson Mnangagwa to open dialogue with the opposition.
