BBC held discussions with Transport Minister

The Black Business Council is backing the Transport Minister's plan to formalise the taxi industry. This follows discussions between the council and Minister Fikile Mbalula at the National Taxi Lekgotla last week. BBC Treasurer General Bonolo Ramokhele discusses this.
