During the opening of the road tunnel in Jalan Duta, Kuala Lumpur on Saturday, Federal Territories Minister Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor challenged City Hall employees to do their part to clean up the city from illegal bills and advertisements especially those on the sale of medicine that enhance one's sexual prowess and money-lending services.
