Scotland motorists stranded as they attempt to drive through deep floodwater

Two motorists became stranded in floodwater as they attempted to drive through a submerged road in Aberdeen, Scotland.
The footage filmed on August 12 shows a small red car ploughing through the water before the vehicle is unable to move and begins to float.
Ruth Adair, who filmed this video, told Newsflare: "The silver car was stuck for over an hour, the red car coming in from the left was pulled out and the car on the right was in for just under an hour!"
According to reports, a month's worth of rain fell in parts of Scotland causing flash flooding.
