BSP MLAs Merger: Ashok Gehlot को राहत, Rajasthan High Court ने दिया ये निर्देश | वनइंडिया हिंदी

The ongoing political battle in Rajasthan is currently quiet. But there is bound to be a political ruckus on this. On Thursday, Ashok Gehlot got relief from the court. A petition was filed in Rajasthan High Court on the merger of BSP MLAs with Congress. On the petition, the Division Bench of Rajasthan High Court has sent the case of BSP MLAs back to the Single Bench.

राजस्थान में जारी सियासी लड़ाई फिलहाल शांत है. लेकिन इस पर सियासी बवाल होना लाजमी है. वहीं अदालत से गुरुवार को अशोक गहलोत को राहत मिली है. BSP विधायकों के कांग्रेस में विलय पर राजस्थान हाई कोर्ट में याचिका दाखिल की गई थी. याचिका पर राजस्थान हाई कोर्ट की डिवीज़न बेंच ने BSP विधायकों का केस सिंगल बेंच के पास वापस भेज दिया है
