Unlock 3.0 guidelines: Here is what’s allowed, what’s not

The ministry of home affairs on Wednesday issued new guidelines for ' Unlock 3 ' for opening up of more activities in areas outside of the containment zones. Unlock 3 will come into effect from August 1.
