Chapli Kabab Recipe

-Butter 2 tsp
-Anday (Eggs) 1
-Pyaz (Onion) 1 medium
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) 1-2 (to taste)
-Beef qeema (Mince) ½ kg with 25% fat (charbi)
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsP
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs
-Anardana (Dried pomegranate seeds) crushed 1 tsP
-Dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed 1 TSP
-Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed 1 tbs
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) to taste
-Ajwain (Carom seeds) crushed ½ tsp
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Baisan (Gram flour) 1/2 Cup
-Tamatar (Tomato) deseeded & chopped 1 medium
