Chilling moment woman recorded 'burglar' after being alerted by CCTV smartphone app

This is the chilling moment a woman recorded a burglar allegedly breaking into her house after receiving a notification on her app.
Kanjanat Kitjapool, 44, was staying at her parents' home when she received a message from her CCTV camera alerting her to movement.
The concerned businesswoman opened her smartphone and watched aghast as a sinister figure in a hazmat suit and welder's mask climbed over her wall and unlocked the front door.
Horrified Kanjanat then viewed in real-time the man appearing to burgle her house in Saraburi, central Thailand, before calling police.
Her brother, who lives in the same areas, also rushed to the house while police cars mobilisied.
The intruder was then startled by the noise outside and tried to flee but was wrestled to the ground by Kanjanat's brother and several neighbours.
Police later arrested the alleged burglar Preecha Unsalee, 33, and took him to the station.
The relieved owner said she was lucky to be aware of the robbery through her camera system before the alleged robber could take any valuables.
Kanjanat said: "The CCTV I have installed in my house can send a message to my phone, so when it detected the suspicious movement it immediately alerted me with a notification.
''Luckily my brother was in the area and could gather the neighbours to to help him catch the man.''
Police Lieutenant Den Sribanthao said the police suspect the intruder works in a team and will interrogate him to find any alleged accomplices.
The police chief said: "From the supsect's actions we believe that there might be a number of accomplices but he denied this, so we will need to investigate more.
"We charged him with committing a theft by night and he will be interrogated more to find out who he was working with.For now he has been remanded in custody at the station."
