1 Kilo Chicken Thighs
First Marinade:
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
3 Tbsp lime juice
1 Green chili
Handful of coriander
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cardamom
1.5 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp red chili flakes
1 Tbsp goose fat
second marinade:
1 cup of thickened cream
1 cup of creamy cheese
