Gov’t now restricting amount of alcohol sold via food delivery
  • 4 years ago
오늘부터 음식 배달할 때 술값은 음식값 이하로 제한

Starting today, people ordering food delivery will only be able to order a limited amount of alcoholic beverages.
It's a regulation from the National Tax Service, which says... the cost of the drinks should not exceed the price of the food.
This is part of a wider revision of the agency's regulations on alcohol.
Alcohol manufacturers will also be allowed to produce other products at their facilities such as cosmetics, bread and fermented food, all of which use alcohol byproducts.
And to register new products, like craft beers, it will take as little as 15 days... down from the previous minimum of 45 days.
