A Chinese observation post that had been taken down during the June 15 clash led by Col Santosh Babu has come back again at PP 14 in Galwan valley, sources have confirmed, indicating a breach of trust on the ground. India responds to build up at Depsang, Indian Army also prepared at LAC.
