Could race factor into NCAA penalties on Oklahoma State?

Jeff Goodman and Mike Boynton discussed the difficulties NCAA infractions will have on his program amidst the pandemic, when he can't see his players who all have the right to leave his team. Goodman wonders if, when other penalties come down against other programs, Boynton's will look relatively harsh and whether or not race could be a factor in that decision.
