MCK Series Mobile Plants are the systems that offer the oppurtunity of crushing and screening stones with hard and abrasive materials such as basalt, granite and gabbro up to 350 tons / hour prodution capacity. MCK-60 and MCK-65 models which provide two stage crushing process, are the first and only projected by us in the the World, designed on a single frame and successfully gained in the sector.
We manufacture other MCK mobile systems as a two chassis. In our system, the first crushing process is done with Primery Jaw Crusher which has strong mouth structure. Thereafter which feeds the crusher on the second chassis which has either Cone Crusher or Secondary Impact Crusher and could easily reduces stones to smaller sizes.
Fabo Mck Serisi Mobil Kırma Eleme Tesislerimiz Bazalt, Granit, Dere Taşı, Kuars, Gibi Sertlik ve Aşındırıcı lığı Yüksek olan madenlerin kırılıp elenip boyutlandırılmasında kullanılan yeni nesil mobil kırma eleme tesisleridir. Fabo Mck Serilerimiz 60 ton saat kapasiteden 250 ton saat kapasiteler arasında modellenmektedir.
Mck 60-65 modellerimiz tek tır ile taşınabilen modellerimizdendir mck 60 modelimizde çeneli kırıcı ve tersiyer kırıcı bulunmaktadır mck 65 modelimizde ise tersiyer kırıcı yerine geliştirmiş olduğumuz konik kırıcıları kullanmaktayız. Mck90 ve 95 modellerimizde iki alternatif bulunmaktadır istenildiğinde tek tır ile taşına bilme istenildiğinde iki şase olarak üretilmektedir. Bizim tercihimiz 2 şasedir eleğe direk yük bindirmek yerine çeneden çıkan ilk malzeme sekonder darbeli kırıcı (dmk kırıcı) ya da konik kırıcı ya gönderilip malzemenin ufalmasından sonra eleğe gitmesi yönündedir be şekilde de kapasitemiz artmaktadır.
