Rapes in two metropolitan cities raise the voice of people

Rapes in two major metropolitan cities, Delhi and Bidar (Karnataka), has raised the voice of millions. An 8-month old girl was raped in Delhi while in Karnataka, a 19-year-old was raped and murdered.
