Samsung Electronics sends 200 workers to China for chip factory expansion despite COVID-19 outbreak

Samsung Electronics sent around 2-hundred engineers and workers to China on Wednesday to complete the expansion of a chip manufacturing facility.
They will be quarantined before beginning their work at the company's second chip factory in Xian.
This comes as Seoul and Beijing agreed to resume economic exchanges despite the coronavirus pandemic.
Samsung's second factory in Xian delivered its first shipments last month.
