PM: Don’t worry, there is enough food for everyone

Amid the excessive purchasing at supermarkets following fear over the Covid-19 crisis, Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin reassured Malaysians that there is sufficient supply of food for everything and urged everyone to be calm.
Muhyiddin said that during a press conference held at the Prime Minister’s Office here following an Economic Action Council (EAC) meeting Monday (March 16), adding that the Domestic Trade, Cooperatives and Consumerism Ministry (KPDNKK) was instructed to ensure that the supply of essential food items is available.
