Situation returning to normal: Delhi special CP

The situation in Northeast Delhi is returning to normal, a senior police officer said.

SN Shrivastava, the Special Commissioner of Police (Law & Order), said he hoped measures like the filing of cases and arrests would contribute to normalcy.
