Lesbian couple in South Africa denied wedding venue and files discrimination charge

A same-sex couple from Cape Town is filing for discrimination charges after a wedding venue refused to host their wedding.

The couple was interested in the Beloftebos wedding venue and after visiting the venue they were told the venue could not host the wedding as the operators feared going to hell.

Sasha-Lee Heekes and Megan Watling will be taking the owners of Beloftebos Wedding venue to the Equality Court for their discrimination.
