South Korea tries to crack down on spycam porn

South Korea has a new weapon in its fight against “spycam porn” videos that have been widely shared across the country. A 16-member digital sex crime monitoring unit was set up in autumn 2019 to crack down on the videos known as molka, which are often filmed with hidden cameras and posted online without consent. The unit was set up by the Korea Communications Standards Commission, which also operates a 1377 hotline for victims to contact about possible cases.
