Residents in a flooded town in the Philippines help each other cross an overflowing river during typhoon Kalmaegi on November 14.

General Luna in Quezon was hit by heavy rains which made it hard for residents to go in and out of their village.

Footage shows students crossing the spillway with the help of adults while other parents wait for them on the other side.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said flash floods and landslides are possible in areas affected by the typhoon.
