Arctic Blast Expected to
Break More Than 300 US Records.
Between Monday and Wednesday,
the National Weather Service is predicting
record breaking cold temperatures from
the Great Plains to the East Coast.
Minnesota will
likely experience
temperatures below zero.
Some East Coast meteorologists
are predicting temps at 30 degrees
below normal for Wednesday.
Even parts of Florida are
included in the cold warnings,
with freeze watches extending
as far south as the panhandle.
70 million Americans
could experience snowfall
in the next two days.
More than a foot of snow is
expected in parts of the Great
Lakes region of New England.
