Qeema Matar Pulao:

Ingredients:
Peas (peeled) 2 cups
Beef Mince ½ kg
Rice 2 ½ cup
Green Cardamoms 4
Black Peppercorn 4
Cloves 4
Lemons 4
Onions (chopped) 4
Green Chilies 6
Oil 1 cup
Yogurt ½ cup
Black Pepper 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
For stock:
Onion 1
All Spices as required
Ginger 1 small piece
Garlic 1
Fennel Seeds 1 tsp
Coriander Seeds 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
Take 1 cup oil in the pan and add in chopped onion. Fry it till it is golden brown. Take out of the onion, once it is fried. In the half onion, add in ½ cup yogurt, salt, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 4 small cardamom, 4 cloves, 4 black peppercorns, 2 cup peas, ½ kg mince and 6 green chilies. Cook it. In the pan, add in 1 tsp fennel seeds, 2 tbsp coriander seeds, onion, all spices, garlic, ginger and salt. Prepare the stock and add it in the mince. Once it comes to boil, add in 2 ½ cup of soaked rice in it. Add in salt and green chilies. Cover the pan. When the water dries, simmer it and dish it out. Serve hot.

Fried Kabab :
Ingredients:
Chicken mince ½ kg
Gram flour 2 tbsp
Salt 1 - 1/2 tsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves 1 cup
Fennel seeds 1 tsp
Garlic 6 cloves
Ginger 1-inch piece
Chili Garlic Sauce 5 tbsp
Yogurt ½ cup
lemon juice 2 tbsp
Egg 1
Oil for frying
Onion for garnishing
Tomatoes for garnishing
Method:
Mix together the above ground paste with gram flour, greencoriander, fennel, garlic, ginger, chili garlic sauce, yogurt, lemonjuice, salt and egg mix. now marinate chicken mince in this for 2 hours. Then the mice make kabab Now heat oil and fry . Finally garnish with onion and tomato and serve.

Chocolate Cookie Cheesecake:
Ingredients:
Crushed chocolate biscuits 2cups
Melted butter ¼ cup
Brown sugar ¼ cup
Cinnamon powder 1 tbsp
Cream cheese 1-1/2 cup
Caster sugar ½ cup
Cream 1-1/2 cup
Flour 2 tbsp
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Eggs 2
Baking temperature: 170 C
Baking time: 25 minutes
Method:
Mix 2 cups chocolate biscuits with melted butter then press the mixture in a baking tray lined with butter paper and bake for 15 minutes on 170 C. Remove and set aside. In a bowl add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Now pour in the cake tin and bake for 20 minutes. Remove and cool. Then cut in wedges and serve.
