An extreme and potentially historic snowstorm is expected to hit the upper Plains and upper Northwest this weekend. Some areas could have the possibility of blizzard conditions along with record low temperatures. This video, shot by a Twitter user on Saturday morning, shows the branches being weighed down by the heavy, wet snow.
