There should be debate on population control in Parliament: Jitin Prasada

Cingress' Jitin Prasada said that population control was not BJP issue Congress had passed a resolution on it in its Pancmarhi session back in 1998. He also said that there should be a debate on the issue in Parliament. He also said two child norm should not be forced but voluntarily adopted.
