Simulates how to handle daily hotel operation activities.

The simulation offers students an opportunity to put what they have learnt together with their own understanding of the Rooms Division. Decisions made will reflect their knowledge and skills in handling actual situations in daily hotel operation activities and allow them to reflect upon the long term consequences that different actions may have.

The students will need to examine the current situation carefully before taking decisions on which guest to give priority to. At the end of simulation, A rating representing the impact of their decisions (on hotel revenue and customer satisfaction) will be calculated to give them an idea of the outcome of each decision so that they can assess better solutions.
