Chhattisgarh minister Kawasi Lakhma tells students to grab officers collar to become a leader

This was Chhattisgarh minister Kawasi Lakhma giving strange advice to youngsters when the school children asked for tips on becoming a leader.In the video Chhattisgarh minister Kawasi Lakhma can be heared advising a boy to "hold the collar of SP and collector to become a big politician" . The Congress minister is seen sitting among school children and heard narrating some recent incident of interaction with students.As he makes his remark, he raises a clenched fist in the air and grimaces, after which he smiles while the students and others gathered around him laugh.Reportedly he made the remark on September 5 at a government school in Sukma district.However this is not first time that he was spotted making such irresponsible remarks, earlier this year he made headlines while campaigning for the national election, he was caught on video threatening voters in the state's Kanker district with an "electric shock" if they voted for an opposition candidate.
