Started in the year 2016, Links for Migrant Children work for the welfare of the migrant children. We believe India’s future depends on its children and every child deserves a chance to grow up healthy and strong, with access to nutrition, hygiene education, and necessary medical treatment regardless of their parents’ finances. Our focus is on improving the lives of over 1,20,000 internal migrants in Bangalore alone. These migrants have been living in an unhealthy environment and as a result, they suffer from health problems like dengue, tuberculosis, allergies, birth defects, urinary infections, and most of all malnutrition. We visit these areas, identify the children who need medical help and then raise fund for their treatment.
