Passengers get their feet soaked when bus drives through flood in the Philippines

Bus passengers were left with their feet soaked when it drove through a flooded road after a storm in the southern Philippines.
Tropical depression Liwayway, or Lingling, submerged roads in Cebu City with heavy rain on September 1.
Footage shows passengers scrambling to stay dry as knee-deep flood water gushed through the doors.
Passenger Shelly Cane said: ''Lots of people ran up to the higher part of the bus so they didn't get wet. But everybody else had to suffer with wet feet for the rest of the journey.''
