Fight continues for dismissed PMA Cadet Cudia

The fight continues for dismissed Philippine Military Academy (PMA) cadet Aldrin Jeff Cudia. His mother, Filipina, filed a petition with the Supreme Court Tuesday morning, asking the high court to intervene on the PMA's decision to remove his son from this year's graduating class. Cudia was dismissed weeks before graduating for allegedly lying, a violation of the PMA's Honor Code. But his family insists Cudia did nothing wrong and that some members of the PMA's Honor Committee intended to boot him out of the academy because of rivalry. Cudia's mother is also asking the PMA to release her son's diploma so the cadet can pursue his studies. ANC Dateline Philippines, March 25, 2014
