'No Green Plate Day' on EDSA proposed

A "No Green Plate Day" along Epifanio delos Santos Avenue (EDSA) is being proposed amid the looming threat of massive traffic once the construction works for the Skyway Stage 3 and Ninoy Aquino International Airport Expressway Phase 2 begin. Under the proposed policy, the window period for private vehicles under the Unified Vehicular Volume Reduction Program or "number coding" will be removed.
