WATCH: New PH Eagle hatched in Zambo del Norte

The country's Philippine Eagle population has increased by one with the hatching in the wild of a new eaglet in Zamboanga del Norte. Named "Atbalin" by local officials, the eaglet is the fourth offspring of a breeding pair in Barangay Linay, which the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) now wants declared a critical habitat.
