Fans loyal to former Formula One driver Michael Schumacher gathered at the Spa-Francochamps racetrack in Belgium in honor of the German on Sunday. Fans embarked on a march around the track, which was one of Schumacher’s favorite courses during his illustrious 17-year career. Spa was the location of Schumacher’s first race, for Jordan, in 1991. It is also where he won his first Formula One race a year later. Schumacher won the race six times in total, and is the most successful driver in the circuit’s history. Schumacher remains in a coma in a Grenoble hospital following a skiing accident late December. He has undergone surgery twice but remains in critical condition. -- Mornings @ ANC, January 27, 2014.
