More equipment and personnel are pouring into Tacloban City to handle the task of processing and burying hundreds of "Yolanda" fatalities. While the remains are contained in body bags, residents have complained of the nauseating smell and health risks it poses to the health of survivors. Malacañang said the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) is sending additional heavy equipment while members of the forensics team of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), who took a break for the holidays, will resume work in processing the victims.
