Power, communication still out in some Cagayan towns

The weather has improved in the province of Cagayan. But Cagayan Public Information Chief Ophelia Parallag said they are having difficulty contacting their personnel in several towns as power is still out in those areas. Parallag said rapid assessment teams are now checking when electricity will be restored. Relief supplies for affected families are also ready to be transported as soon as roads are cleared.
