Pageant-style opening gets laughs on 'Showtime'

The hosts of "It's Showtime," along with grand finalists of its hit segment "Pinoy Halo-Halo," opened the noontime program Saturday by taking turns introducing themselves in a pageant-inspired opening. Representing different countries, co-hosts Anne Curtis, Vice Ganda, Karylle, Vhong Navarro and Billy Crawford, among others, drew laughs from the "madlang people" with their individual introductions. -- It's Showtime, ABS-CBN, October 19, 2013, Saturday
