Locator Prop Markers were placed in specific locations in the Fake Moon-Set Studio Bay by stagehands. These were to mark places where the Astronauts were to acquire their Fake Moon Soil/Rock samples from.

At :02 as the 'Big Eye'(TV Camera) is turned on, the tail-end of the sound of a mechanical machine is heard rising back up into the Fake Moon-Set Studio Ceiling.

Astronaut Charlie says at :32 "There's the Locator, man we'll start the old rake for the first time."

Astronaut Charlie says at :39 "And let me get a Locator from up here too."

This video as you hear it, is located for download at NASA site:

NASA did redacted editing & cleaning up of the text, to cover what they really said in the written records of the Astronauts conversations. Also in some video's NASA has later recorded different conversations, replacing what was originally spoken.
