This is a clip from the Bulgarian dub of Mew Mew Power.
For those of you wondering why you can hear the English dub audio, all the Bulgarian dub did was lower the English audio and attempted to speak over the English voices.
Although this seems more like speaking a translation rather than actual dubbing since there's hardly any "acting" in this.
