I was invited to do by Iana Komarnytska. I am extremally happy to be surrounded by such great artists as Sadie, Esmeralda, Marta Korzun, Shahrzad and many more, who shared their knowledge on Iana’s podcast page.
Iana asked me mostly about my personal training, which is perfect topic to share. I do my everyday workout since I remeber and sometimes I struggle with lack of motivation or energy (yes I do! Of course!). That’s why through many years I created the system to not get bored with myself during everyday workout, to see results fast, to notice both my mistakes and progress and also to not get jelous of somebody’s else skills, but to feel inspired by those people.
So today, it this short podcast, you can listen my advices and I hope, I will give you some motivation and inspiration.
