Batman just made a new invention - a powerful Batarang that can stop Joker once and for all. But when he shows it to Superman and The Flash they think it's really just a Fidget Spinner. Batman goes after Joker to to use it but gets stuck in traffic and gets wet in the rain. Will he get to the Joker in time and will his new Batarang actually work?
