Ever tried using tomatoes as tacos?

If you want to give it a go yourself, full ingredients and instructions are as follows:

You'll need:

- 4 tomatoes
- 12.3 oz ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- salt and pepper
- cheddar, grated
- salad leaves in fine strips
- sour cream

Here's how:

1. Fry the beef with the chopped onion and season it with the garlic, chili and cumin, as well as salt and pepper. Then take the pan off the heat.

2. Place every tomato on a board with the stems facing down. Then cut them, as shown in the video, so the cuts form a six-pointed star. Take care not to make them so deep that you cut completely through the tomato. However, if the cuts aren't deep enough, the tomatoes won't be able to be filled in the next step.

3. Spread the six segments carefully and fill the tomato with the cooked and seasoned beef. Then put some cheddar and salad strips on top and finish off the whole thing with a blob of sour cream on top of each one.
