S. Korean striker Hwang Ui-jo leaves to join his new club Bordeaux with high expectation

In football,... South Korean striker Hwang Ui-jo has left Korea to join his new team, Girondins de Bordeaux.
The 26-year old will be joining the French club's pre-season training in the U.S.
He had spent two and a half years at Japanese club Gamba Osaka, scoring 31 goals in 70 matches.
Hwang has signed a 4-year contract with Bordeaux, with a reported annual salary of just under two million U.S. dollars.
