IL&FS signs binding term sheet with lenders of 3 entities

Crisis hit IL&FS has entered into an agreement with secured lenders of three group entities. These pacts are a part of the group's resolution process, and have helped these companies move from the "amber" to the "green" category, reports Yash Jain.
