GTA V - Melee weapons only, no fireguns Mod

As part of my "Global Weapons Modifiers" project (https://github.com/David-Lor/GTAV-GlobalWeaponsModifiers), I wanted to force all game peds to use no fireguns, just melee weapons.
On this video you can watch a few footage of the result, on both free roaming and in missions. Special thanks to BroSteam, author of the Peds Without Fear mod, an important piece on this puzzle (at least while playing SP missions). Without it, certain peds would flee from combat, which I wasn't able to avoid by scripting.
However, as you can watch, it's not really useful on missions, because some peds just bug and stand still until you approach them (or won't react at all). And important to remember how shitty melee combat system in GTA5 is!
At the end of the video you can watch another random script, in which I wanted to spawn fire when walking.

Installation of My mod: right click: save as: save into Grand Theft Auto V/scripts folder (ScriptHookV & ScriptHookV DotNet required!)
