Phil took the time to explain his findings, provided pictures and complete report of every room in the house. He made himself available for questions and provided a service directory, buyer repair list and approximated cost associated with any future repairs. A critical component in my decision to move forward with the appropriate negotiations before purchasing the home. I highly recommend for outstanding service and on point inspection!"
