In a tweet on Tuesday,... he said the damage is a loss to everyone.
He called the landmark "one of history's most important treasures,"... and said the world will together to restore it.
He added that the fire will not be able to break the French spirit of freedom, equality and philanthropy,... and expressed support for President Macron.
