Originally from South Florida and now based in New York, Ethan Charles Abramson writes and performs original folk music as inspired by his multi-cultural French-Moroccan background and jazz and classical training to create a unique sound that strives for honesty and necessity.
Ethan eventually discovered folk music as his primary creative outlet. Under his solo title Ethan Charles, he wrote, recorded, and produced his first record, “For Reasons That Will be Explained,” which proved a vulnerable reflection of his years in South Florida, New York, and all the significant experiences in between.
