a black woman headlined the festival. 'Homecoming' will consist of the preparation leading up to the show and interviews. The homage was in connection with her 'Homecoming Scholars Award Program,' which she started in 2018. In the program, a student at
four black colleges is awarded a
scholarship worth $25,000.
