Dalit dances in front of collector in Madhya Pradesh

Reeling under red-tapism, the people in Madhya Pradesh are literally opting for Gandhigiri to make their voices heard and seek redressal of their grievances in government offices. A dalit took to dancing in front of Mandsaur district collector to get school fees waiver for his kid.
