A day before the third phase of polling, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday said the ongoing election will decide Bihar's future. Addressing an election rally in Sitamarhi district, Modi called upon the electorate to vote after careful thinking. "You have to decide who to trust for your future. If there is anything that can change your future, it is development," he said. "On the one hand there is development, and on the other there is opportunism," the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader said, referring to his opponents.
