In what has come as a huge victory for people's choice, the Bombay High Court junked the Meat Ban imposed by the BMC and the Mashrashtra government. Staying the ban, the High Court upheld the right to choose. However the court refused to interfere on the ban on slaughter houses on that day. NewsX has gathered that the HC was not convinced by the state's argument citing tolerance. Now the question is will the other states follow.
